The Customs Assistance Centers are companies authorized directly by Ministry of Finance to perform customs operations in export, transit and import. They make use of a domiciled procedure that reduces the waiting time for the issuance of customs bills. Once the bill is flushed and compliance response is received from customs, the goods can be released.
Values added to customs clearance operations using CAD are:
- the lower the incidence of verification on the goods (60/70 % compared to ordinary customs operations)
- The privileged pathway that is granted to the commodity being inspected.
